Six years ago I found myself sluggish, bloated and constantly uncomfortable when I ate. After a few doctors visits and tests, I was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease. My husband recommended I look into a paleo diet and so my search for a healthier way of eating began. Over the next few months, I began to feel worlds better. I had my energy back and was excited again about eating.
Using what I’ve learned over the years to improve my own relationship with food, I created Paleo Oven as a way to recreate the warm, homey recipes I grew up with. I take familiar foods and transform them to all-natural recipes that allow you to relive these memories without the processed ingredients. In this space I will share these food memories with you through my recipes, tips, food adventures and photography.
